Assisted coding uses freshdesk as an online interactive support system.
If you want help on a specific assignment/project you should submit it on the course registration page. Once you have registered for a course, a support ticket (for the specified course) will be created automatically and you will receive an email with a link through which you can create an account and login to the system. The account is reusable for multiple course registrations.
Once an course registration is submitted it will reviewed and if any problem occurs you will be contacted within 3 to 4 days. If no problem occurs, you can use the support system to post any question you might have on the course. When your question is answered you will be notified automatically via e-mail. The system tracks our correspondence and is available all the time. So anytime you want you may log to the system and review the communication history of that course.
You don’t have to use the Support System itself. You can just use your e-mail. If you want to send a message related to a specific course, you can just reply to the e-mail you will receive. The system will automatically track correspondence and log it to your ticket history.
Once the project is complete, the ticket will be closed and you will be notified. If you have any other question (regarding the course) you can reopen it by just replying to the e-mail you will receive.
